WRN Alliance achievements celebrated with awards
The Anglian Water Water Recycling Networks Alliance team has celebrated its achievements over the past year with an awards event.
Established in 2015, the Water Recycling Networks is an alliance comprising Danaher & Walsh, Clancy, Public Sewer Services and Claret Civil Engineering, tasked with delivering planned and reactive sewer and wastewater network repair and maintenance across the Anglian Water region.
A Danaher & Walsh lead project (Skegness Grand Parade sewer repair) picked up Scheme of the Year in the awards, with a several member's of D&W staff picking up individual accolades.
The WRN Alliance has been working collectively to introduce new ways of working to deliver efficiencies for customers.
Innovations include advancement of no-dig technologies, use of ground penetrating radar and installation of flow meters to proactively monitor sewer conditions.
