Miriam achieves HR diplomas

Danaher & Walsh's Human Resources Advisor & Training Coordinator Miriam Glanville has achieved Level 5 diplomas in both Human Resources Management and Leadership & Management.

The course, accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD), is an industry recognised qualification, which recognises a broad programme of study across key human resource management concepts.

Through her studies, Miriam simultaneously achieved the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) Level 5 diploma under a dual-award programme.

Miriam studied part time via distance learning alongside her day job. The course fees were funded by Danaher & Walsh as part of an ongoing programme of proactive employee training and development.

Speaking about her achievement, Miriam said: "Whilst working and studying at the same time is a challenge, the sense of elation and achievement when I graduated made it all worthwhile.

"Both courses are recognised and respected standards throughout industry, and have enabled me to expand my knowledge base and become a more effective HR practitioner."
