Key aims and challenges
German retailer Lidl is undergoing rapid expansion in the UK, having gained significant market share. Following the successful delivery of a number of schemes in Leicestershire, Danaher & Walsh has enjoyed repeat business, working on many new stores across England.
In most cases, we have worked directly for the client, but we have also worked as a subcontractor to main contractors. Works typically include Section 278 highways works, although we have also carried out the construction of car parks and store foundations on certain projects.
The Section 278 works vary in scope, depending on the requirements of each individual project.
