Key aims and challenges
D&W was working for Dutch greenhouse specialist Bom Group on behalf of the Crownpoint Estate.
The Section 278 highway works comprised forming an entrance onto the site from the highway, footway construction and installation of a bus stop.
The on-site works comprised construction of a reinforced concrete hardstanding area, installation of drainage and construction of infiltration swales and inlet headwalls. Fencing and signage was also installed.
