Danaher & Walsh was appointed to carry out construction works to six seperate play areas in Loughborough, which required improvements to make them more attractive to young children and their parents.

Key aims and challenges
New foundations were constructed for the activity equipment, soft cushion surfacing with ground graphics was laid, benches and seats provided with brightly coloured fencing around each play area.
Swings, climbing frames, roundabouts, rocking horses and revolving rings were installed, commissioned, tested and approved by RoSPA for use by young children.

Our close working relationships with Charnwood Borough Council and Bellinger Design ensured that the projects progressed quickly and seamlessly.
