Patching & Lining Operatives

About the role

Danaher & Walsh is a long-established civil engineering contractor operating across the Midlands and East of England, which is experiencing ongoing growth.

We are looking for Patching / Lining Operatives to work within our dedicated sewer repair team working on a long-term contract within the waste-water industry.

The role will involve working within a dedicated team that carries out a variety of drainage repair and maintenance tasks including:

  • Installing patch repairs
  • Pipe lining works
  • Jetting sewers
  • CCTV condition surveys
  • Sewer diagnostics and problem solving
  • General upkeep and maintenance of the equipment used
  • Engaging with colleagues and working within an established team

This is a great opportunity to work with some of the latest, most advanced no-dig technology and equipment, including Sewertronic UV LED systems and IMS robotic cutters.

Excellent rates of pay and good work conditions are available for the right candidates, with full-time employees eligible for 22 days of paid leave per year, plus bank holidays.

What we're looking for

Applicants for this role should ideally have patch lining or pipe lining experience. UV or ambient lining and robotic cutting experience would be advantageous, as would a history of working within the wastewater industry.

Applicants who are interested in the role but do not possess the above skills will still be considered as training is available.
