Entry Requirements

We are looking for graduates with:

  • An undergraduate degree at 2:2 level or above in a relevant discipline
  • The desire to develop and progress their career with the company
  • A driven, self-motivated attitude
  • Ability to work on their own initiative

What to expect

Our Graduate Training Programme is an exciting scheme based around 'learning by doing'. When you join us, you will follow one of two structured training plans as part of an accredited scheme, which is geared towards you achieving Chartered status (dependent on individual qualifiations and career disciplines). The programme is run in co-operation with leading engineering practice Pick Everard.

This two year development programme will provide you with a strong foundation for a successful career at Danaher & Walsh Civil Engineering. You will gain valuable experience in key areas of our business and take on responsibility in live project environments.
