Maternity / Paternity Leave
New mothers are entitled to a minimum of 26 weeks ordinary and 26 weeks additional maternity leave, irrespective of length of service or whether part-time, full-time, permanent or temporary. New fathers, employed for a minimum of 26 weeks, are entitiled to two weeks' paternity leave.
In line with our maternity and paternity leave policies, new parents of adopted children are entitled to adoption leave.
Dependent Care Leave
We understand that family comes first. If there is an emergency involving a dependent of yours, we offer a reasonable amount of time off work to care for your dependent.
