Manhole Sealing

Danaher & Walsh APS is able to provide manhole sealing solutions to prevent water infiltration to failed manhole chambers.

Manholes can develop leaks over time for a number of reasons. Local groundwater infiltrates the chamber, out-falling into the sewer system.

This can cause a number of issues. The excess water may cause a sewer to exceed its design capacity, leading to overflows. Where pumping is used, this excess volume of water may cause pumps to run far in excess of their designed operational times.

The excess water will also cause a dilution of the sewage and an increase in the volume passing to sewage treatment, leading to inefficiencies.

We offer a number of techniques - including spray lining and resin impregnation - to provide long-lasting and cost effective repairs with minimum disruption.
