Concrete Removal
Danaher & Walsh APS is able to carry out effective concrete removal from pipelines using precision cutting robots.
Concrete obstructions in drainage pipelines are a very common problem. In the past, this problem was solved by excavating the affected pipe.
Now, concrete can be removed using the latest robotic cutters. The robot's powerful motor, used in conjunction with diamond-tipped cutters, mean that the concrete can be milled out with absolute precision.
As well as removing the requirement for excavation, this method enables the work to be carried out in shifts that suit the requirement of the pipeline network.
Up to 8m of pipeline can be cleared of concrete during a single shift, with minimal disruption to the local environment.
The expert team at Danaher & Walsh APS will be glad to advise on swift solutions for any concrete blockage issues.
