The Babraham Institute

Overview

The construction of a new access to The Institute across parkland from the main road to alleviate traffic in the local village.

We constructed; a roundabout on the trunk road between Cambridge and Colchester, a 1Km 6 metre wide heavy goods access road, including a concrete bridge over the River Granta, a security gatehouse. Installation of the utility services, road lighting, highway signs (together with the ground profiling and topsoiling).
