Environmental Policy

Danaher and Walsh Group Ltd recognises that care for the environment is a primary responsibility and will take into account the impact our activities such as excavation, construction, transportation and disposal of waste may have on the environment when business decisions are made.

We will comply with or exceed applicable legal requirements and other requirements to which we subscribe which relates to our environmental aspects and ensure that all of our sites and operational locations and any adjoining areas that may be affected by our works are kept clean and tidy.

The Company will take all reasonable steps to minimise waste and wherever practicable and viable salvage materials for re-cycling.

All practicable precautions will be taken that are compatible with carrying out the works to prevent, avoid or minimise pollution of air, land or water by noise, fumes, dust or disposal of construction waste.

Danaher and Walsh Group Ltd will endeavour to employ sub-contractors who have made a similar commitment to environmental management.

We will achieve continual improvement through the development of environmental performance evaluation procedures and associated indicators and prevention of pollution and through the provision of regular training in awareness and environmental management to all employees.

This policy is made available to all interested parties and communicated to all of our employees.

Our aim is to set an example of leadership in the field of environmental management.
