Graduate Scheme

The company fully supports the Institution of Civil Engineering (ICE) training scheme and graduates are encouraged to join the scheme when commencing employment with us. Under the scheme, graduates work in various departments to enable them to meet the specific core objectives. We have reciprocal training arrangements with specialist consulting practices to provide design / on-site experience where required.

We can also offer limited summer placement opportunities for students to work alongside our engineers and site agents. Sponsorship can also be considered for students displaying potential during their placement. Students would be expected to return and commit for at least two years once they have graduated.
