Apprenticeship Scheme

At Danaher & Walsh we recognise the importance of training at all levels throughout the business. This support maybe through providing one or two weeks work experience for students from local schools to more structured and formal apprenticeships over two, three, four or five year periods.

The Civil Engineering Technician and General Construction Apprenticeships provide “on the job” training linked with day or block release at local colleges. Further specialist training is also provided through coaching, in-house courses and workshops. 

We are an approved Investor In People and support all of our employees to maximise their potential. Today’s apprentices are tomorrow’s managers.
